Off Grid Rainwater Harvesting in Hawai’i

Water Harvesting gutters

It rains so much in parts of Hawaii that a good percentage of residents only have access to rainwater to fulfill all of their household water needs. Lucky for us, systems are pretty easy to install.

If you have been curious about how to harvest rainwater, whether you live in Hawaii or elsewhere, you can watch this video I made of our system that I have on my homestead.

I have had this exact setup for over 18 years now and it shows no signs of letting up. If you want to learn more about anything in the video, feel free to add a comment on Youtube and I will be sure to address it as soon as I can.

Happy viewing!
